Pictured above: hiking into the village of Vernazza. Leaving Tuscany, we needed one more taste of the Italian coast before bidding it a final farewell. Cinque Terre was a mystical place I’d read about, but had never had a chance to visit. While I understood there were five villages (in the abstract) I knew nothing [...]
Tuscany seemed like a great way to escape the Amalfi tourists, see a new landscape, and of course continue our wine and pasta tour. G spent time in Tuscany while studying abroad in Siena, so he reluctantly agreed to play tour guide yet again. We decided on Montepulciano, a medieval hillside town at with its own “Vino Nobile” region within Tuscany (more on that later).
The much anticipated release of my Sweden track is finally here. This song takes inspiration from the land of pop music and the celebrations of the Swedish Midsummer, a holiday we arrived just in time for. The song begins with a toast recorded during a Midsummer lunch with new friends, and continues on with an uplifting [...]

It’s called the city of five hundred spires, and it had been on my destination list for a decade. When I lived in France in college, Prague had somehow eluded me despite being a cheap flight away. With plenty of recommendations in hand, we set out to make our way through this beautiful – though somewhat gritty – city. We were not disappointed.
Here's a track inspired by our most recent adventure. Our journey through Iceland was eye opening in many ways, but one of the highlights was visiting the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon - situated at the head of the rapidly melting Breiðamerkurjökull glacier - and experiencing the icebergs breaking off into the ocean. For this song, I sampled the crashing sound created by a glacier/iceberg melting, along with an iconic Icelandic vocalist as an ode to a rapidly dwindling glacier, climate change, and the rugged beauty of Iceland.
